The paper studies optimization for the logistics system in the motor bearing workshop of Fuy-ang Bearing Co.,Ltd.According to the logistics time route,using qualitative and quantitative analysis a-chieves logistics smooth,shortens transportation route and production cycle and reduces the cost of pro-duction by the optimization and design.%采用物流物料的时间路线的定量和定性分析方法，对阜阳轴承有限公司电机轴承生产车间内部物流系统进行优化分析，使车间物流顺畅、运输路线最短，缩短生产周期且降低生产成本。
