With the purpose of motivating students and improving students ’ professional practical skills, the paper researches educational reform of Web Design and Production syllabus , which puts forward the teaching model of “class-competition combina-tion”, through analysis of the shortage of traditional teaching model and the significance that National Vocational Competence Com-petitions among vocational colleges have to educational reform .The paper also explores a series of educational reform schemes for Web Design and Production syllabus, teaching content, teaching method, teaching staff construction and curriculum evaluation mode.The promotion of teaching reform, teaching and learning is realized by the driving force oriented from the content of the competence competition in the model of “class-competition combination”.%为激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的岗位专业实践能力，通过对传统教学模式存在的不足和全国职业院校职业技能大赛对教育教学改革意义的分析，提出了“课赛融合”的新型教学模式。课赛融合以竞赛内容为驱动力，实现以赛促改、以赛促教、以赛促学。具体讨论了课赛融合下“网页设计与制作”课程大纲、教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设和课程考核方式等一系列教学改革方案。
