Interpretation plays an important role in the teaching of sports skills.From the aspects of people's misunderstanding of concept, and the type, the content and the skills of interpretation, the method of interpretation is explained again, and the sci-entific connotation of interpretation is emphasized .We clearly point out its application strategy in teaching practice of sports skills and try to provide a reference for the teaching practice of physical education teachers .%在体育技能教学中，讲解法发挥着重要的作用。从人们对讲解法的概念认识误区以及讲解类型、内容和技巧等方面对讲解法进行再认识，明晰讲解法的科学内涵，指出其在体育技能教学实践中的运用策略，试图为一线体育教师的教学实践提供参考。
