以绵马贯众为材料，采用三因素三水平的正交实验，研究超临界CO2萃取绵马贯众多糖的提取技术工艺。结果表明：最佳超临界CO2萃取工艺参数温度为45℃、压力为35 MPa、时间为2 h，夹带剂乙醇浓度为50%，用量为1.6 mL/g。%In this study, supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Dryopteris crassirhizoma polysaccharide is examined using orthogonal experiments of three factors and three levels. The data showes that the optimal extraction parameters are 45 ℃for temperature, 35 MPa for pressure,2 hours for time,and 50%ethanol as cosolvent with quantity at 1.6 mL/g.
