Abstruct:“Almost everywhere” is a key concept in the theory of measure and integration in the course of real variable function. In this paper, how to correctly understand the concept and its connection with the continuous and convergence of the relevant concepts are described and analyzed. Furthermore, examples are given to explain how to use the functions of almost everywhere equivalently to calculate integral.%“几乎处处”是“实变函数”课程中测度和积分理论中的一个重要概念。本文就如何正确理解这一概念以及它与连续、收敛相联系的有关概念做了阐述和辨析，并通过举例说明如何利用函数几乎处处相等来计算积分。
