E-commerce is currently one of the most attractive industries.As an emerging technology and new trading patterns, it meets consumer desires.However it also has some limitations.This paper explores the elements of change in macro national product income, which stands at the perspective of welfare economics, takes Pareto optimal model as solve way, analyzes the mi-croscopic point of consumption and production of both supply and demand balance , and considers the social welfare perspective .
