The problem of China's population urbanization is forecasted and analyzed by use of Grey mode and regression mod-els.And the result of forecast error is analyzed, which is show that the grey model is more accurate and reliable than regression models, so the grey model can be used to forecast the population urbanization in the next few years.%运用灰色模型对中国人口城镇化进行灰色预测，并结合回归模型进行预测结果误差分析比较，从误差结果可看出，灰色模型用于预测人口城镇化问题比回归模型更精确可靠，可将该模型用于预测未来几年人口城镇化的程度。
