Based on the definition of implied parametric curve and the theory of regularity, an equivalent condition of regulari- ty for implied parametric curve is given. And a sufficient condition for implied parametric curve which is based on the tensor - product Bézier form is provided. Meanwhile, the full theory of them is proved.%本文基于平面隐参数曲线的定义和曲线正则性的理论，给出平面隐参数曲线正则的等价条件和基于张量积Bézier函数的平面隐参数曲线正则的一个充分条件，并给出了证明。
