Concerned with the principal inclination of Ye Shi’s poetic thought ,different people hold different and even contra-dictory opinions in the academic community .That is because scholars lack enough understanding on the influence of Ye Shi’s phil-osophical thought of practical affairs on his poetical thought .In the general structure of his thought of practical affairs ,Ye Shi had highlighted his poetical thought to“poetical tradition”,generalizing“ancient poems”and“later poems”with the standard of“Shi Jing”.So ,the combination of the moral value with the aesthetic value has become the principal inclination of Ye Shi’s poetic thought .%关于叶适诗学思想的主导倾向，学界的认识莫衷一是，甚至相互矛盾。其原因是，学者对叶适的事功治道统绪于其诗学思想的影响认识不足。在事功“治统”的总框架内，叶适将其诗学思想上升到“诗统”的高度，并以之来统一古体诗与近体诗的价值标准。兼重诗歌的道德价值和审美价值是叶适诗学思想的主导倾向。
