Based on the show in farmland changing market area subject status, transfer modes single and price confusion on research, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some Suggestions.%农地流转可以提高农地资源配置效率，促进土地可持续利用，缓解“三农”问题。黔中农地利用受多种不利因素影响，迫切需要发展农地流转，盘活农地资源。通过对黔中区域的安顺市西秀区部分农户进行调研，发现该区农地流转处于发展初期，土地流转中受到市场主体地位边缘化、流转模式单一和缺乏中介等因素影响，文章从农户的角度出发，分析原因，提出解决问题的策略。
