It is the first time for Record of Literature in Hanshu to record fiction. It has influenced on fiction recorded in Zi. On the one hand, it has selected materials included theme, content and idea. On the other hand , it has structured two methods in perception of fiction:the sprite of fact record and the contradiction between utility and futility.%历代史志目录中，班固《汉书·艺文志》“诸子略小说家”首次对“小说”进行相关记述。《汉书·艺文志》“小说家”这一“源”对后世子部小说这一“流”产生深远影响。《汉书·艺文志》“小说家”对后世子部小说的选材影响主要表现在题材、内容、思想三方面。《汉书·艺文志》还在小说观方面确立了两种基本模式：一为实录精神；二为“君子弗为”与“一言可采”的矛盾性。
