目的：探讨不同弱视类型患者的位置辨别功能差异及单眼弱视双眼间位置辨别差异。方法：选择弱视患者160例（257眼，单眼49眼，双眼208眼），其中屈光不正性弱视51例（88眼）、屈光参差性弱视56例（88眼）、斜视性弱视53例（81眼），分别设为A组、B组、C组。结果：三组位置辨别功能分级间比较差异无统计学意义（ Hc ＝0．542， P ＝0．663），单眼与双眼弱视眼位置辨别功能分级间比较差异无统计学意义（ Z ＝－0．574， P ＝0．601），单眼弱视眼与非弱视眼位置辨别功能分级间比较差异无统计学意义（ MH ＝1．441， P ＝0．0．93）。结论：不同弱视类型患者的位置辨别功能无明显差异，单眼与双眼弱视眼、单眼弱视眼与非弱视眼的位置辨别功能亦无明显不同。%Objective:To investigate the difference of the position discrimination function in the different types of amblyopia and between the eyes of monocular amblyopia.Methods:160 cases of amblyopia (257 eyes, 49 eyes of monocular eye and 208 eyes of binoculus) were selected, including 51 cases of ametropia amblyopia (88 eyes), 56 cases of anisometropic amblyopia (88 eyes), and strabismic amblyopia in 53 cases (81 eyes), which were divided into group A, B and C respectively.Results:There was no significant difference in the classification of position discrim-ination function between group A, B and C ( Hc =0.542, P =0.663).There was no significant difference in the position discrimination function classification between the eyes of monocular and binocular amblyopia ( Z =-0.574, P =0.601).There was no significant difference in classifi-cation of the position discrimination function between the eyes of monocular amblyopia and of non -amblyopia ( MH =1.441, P =0.0.93).Con-clusion:There were no significant differences in the position discrimination function of different types of amblyopia , and there was also no significant difference in the position discrimination function of monocular and binocular amblyopia , or of monocular amblyopia and non -amblyopia eyes.
