目的：探讨CD14基因rs2569190位点的单核苷酸多态性与强直性脊柱炎易感性的关系.方法采用PCR-RFLP方法对240例AS患者进行CD14基因多态性检测,并与140名健康对照者进行对比.结果 rs2569190位点基因型频率两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.778,υ=2,P<0.05)；强直性脊柱炎组携带突变体A基因的频率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.876,υ=1,P<0.05).结论 CD14基因rs2569190位点单核苷酸多态性与强直性脊柱炎易感性存在关联,携带CD14突变体A基因者患AS风险较大.%Objective To study the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism of rs2569190 on cluster of differentiation CD14 gene and the susceptibility of ankylosing spondylitis ( AS). Method PCR-RFLP was performed to determine CD14 gene polymorphism of 240 AS patients. Statistical analysis was performed between the patients and 140 healthy controls. Results The frequency difference in genetype of rs2569190 was statistically significant (χ2 =6 . 778 ,υ=2 , P<0 . 05 ) . The frequency of mutant A gene in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis was obviously higher than those in the control group (χ2 =3 . 876 ,υ=1 , P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion There is significant correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphism of rs2569190 on CD14 gene and the susceptibility of ankylosing spondylitis. The patients carrying CD14 mutant A gene suffer higher risk of AS.
