Traditional research of fault diagnosis of the rotatory machinedepends on collection of practical fault cases and simulation on the small test-bed, the conclusion are always the simple mapping of symptoms and fault, the effect is not satisfactory, and the conclusion is confined to the certain type of faults.To completely understand the fault mechanism, the mathematical model of rotor is necessary.The rotor's dynamical equation is established by solving them with computer and the exact connections between faults and fault symptoms are obtained. Results in this computer emulation way are close to those acquired from the test-bed. Computer emulation cost little and results are reliable, so it is an important direction of research of fault diagnosis of the rotatory machine.%以往的旋转机械故障诊断技术研究主要包括对经验案例的汇集和在小型转子试验台上的工况模拟试验,由于故障发生某些关键点采集数据存在实际困难,加上试验条件的有限,因此该技术有很大局限。深入的研究必须建立起数学模型,研究故障机理,然后用计算机仿真方法对故障进行定量分析,作出诊断。用旋转机械故障诊断的计算机仿真方法计算了不平衡转子上关键点的振动烈度,和试验台测试数据基本一致,表明该仿真方法切实可行。
