企业文化创新与企业发展

         

摘要

从美、日经济发展差异的内在影响因素和我国部分企业成败的实践对比可知,企业文化对企业发展而言至关重要。通过从“管理职能”和“文化创新对企业创新的影响”方面进行理论分析,企业文化创新尤其是价值观念体系的建立与发展是影响企业经营业绩的根本。强力型企业文化虽然对不少企业的繁荣起了重要的作用,但目前对企业进一步的适应性发展也具有不可低估的阻碍作用;建立具有较强适应能力的企业文化势在必行。我国企业必须尽快扭转缺乏深层次企业文化建设的现状,以增强企业员工与群体的创新动力。%From the different economic features between America and Japanand the comparison of success-and-failure practice of some Chinese corporations,it is concluded that corporation culture is very important for its development.Through theoretical analyses of the management functions and the influence of cultural innovation on corporation innovation,corporation's cultural innovation is the foundation of its operation achievement. Strong corporation culture played an important role in its success, but it is obstructive to the corporation's adaptive development. It is necessary to build adaptive corporation culture.Chinese corporation must take measures to change present situation of lack of deep internal-cultural construction so as to stimulate the staff's innovative motivation.
