想象运动表象技能训练在健美操教学中的运用

         

摘要

想象运动表象训练方法采用心理学的研究成果,利用反复记忆与想象,刺激大脑中枢神经系统,促进思维过程活跃,帮助学生理解和掌握技术动作的机理,使所获得的视觉表象与动觉神经有机联系起来,形成肌肉的用力感、空间方向感、身体的平衡感和运动速度感。通过教学实验和对比分析,此方法对改进健美操技术动作和提高健美操教学质量都有积极意义,是教学中的辅助手段。根据此机理,该方法也可运用在动作性、技术性较强的体育课实践教学中。%Presentational training method of image movement adopts psychological principles, utilize iterative memory and image to stimulate the central nerve system of the cerebra, and prompt the process of thinking. It can help the students to understand and master the mechanism of the action so as to make the ocular presentation and kinesthesia nerves connect with each other. It can build muscles,and improve the sense of direction and space,sense of equilibrium and sense of speed of the movement,which has the positive significance in improving the calisthenical action and advance the calisthenics teaching quality, which is the supplementary means in the calisthenics teaching. Base on the mechanism of the body, the method can be used in athletic class teaching, which is more violent in movement and more difficult in action.
