EPDM 耐热输送带基础配方研究

     

摘要

利用正交设计方法考察了胶种配比及用量、硫化剂用量、补强剂类型及用量等对 EPDM 胶料性能的影响。研究表明:胶料配比及用量是影响 EPDM 正硫化时间、撕裂强度及断裂伸长率等性能的关键因素;而影响 EPDM 拉伸强度的关键因素是过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量。燕山石化公司生产的EPDM 3240更适于研制 EPDM 耐热输送带。硫化剂 DCP 的最佳用量为6 phr(每100 g 橡胶中所含的该原料的质量);补强剂最好采用耐磨炭黑 N330,且其最佳用量为50 phr。优化配方的综合物理机械性能较好,其拉伸强度可达到12 MPa 以上,可用作耐热输送带覆盖胶的基础配方。%The effects of the type and content of rubber,the content of curing agent,the type and content of reinforcing agents used on the properties of EPDM rubbers were studied by using the orthogonal design method in this paper.It was proved that the type and content of rubber is the crucial factor that affects the vulcanization time,tear strength and the elongation at break of the EPDM rubber.The tensile strength of the EPDM rubber is mainly affected by the content of DCP in the recipe.EPDM 3240,manufactured by Yanshan Petroleum Chemical Limited,is more suitable for the preparation of the cover coat rubber of the heat resistant conveyor belts.The optimal content of DCP is 6 phr.The black carbon N330 is the best reinforcing agent and the optimal content of N330 is 50 phr.The tensile strength of the optimized EPDM rubber is more than 12 MPa which can be used as the basic recipe of the formula resistant conveyor belts.
