How to explain the cause of the crime of terrorism is a main part of criminological theory. The frustration-aggression theory, theory of anomie, cognitive dissonance theory, strength theory, subculture of violence theory, culture conlfict theory and labeling theory are appropriate for the cause of the crime of terrorism, but neither of them is perfect. Based on these researches, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive theoretical analysis model to explain the cause of the crime of international terrorism. This criminological theory contains the macro part and micro part, and these theories can obtain new theoretical space in the framework.%探寻犯罪的原因是犯罪学理论研究的核心问题。挫折—攻击理论、社会反常理论、认知失调理论、实力理论、暴力亚文化理论、文化冲突理论与标签理论等犯罪原因理论从不同的观察角度与侧面对当代国际恐怖主义犯罪的影响因素做出了相对合理和科学的分析，但均具有解释力的不足。基于对前述研究成果的继承与批判，在建构一个具有整体性与综合性的恐怖主义犯罪罪因机制的理论分析模型时，有必要搭设“宏观——微观”的双层罪因理论体系，上述犯罪学理论能够在该双层理论体系架构下获得新的空间。
