情境模拟在公安民警媒体素养教学中的运用

         

摘要

随着互联网以及微媒体的发展,媒体素养已成为公安民警必备素质之一。在公安民警媒体素养教学中,以警务工作现场警媒关系管理、危机事件舆情引导、公安网络宣传及新闻发布会为主要形式的情境模拟训练,具有参与性、针对性、实效性强的优势。公安民警媒体素养情境模拟训练的成效,取决于培训基本场景和角色设计、培训互动以及培训实施过程的安排是否合理。%With the development of the Internet and Micro Media, having the ability of taking advantage of the media has become one of the essential qualiifcations of the police. As far as the cultivation of the police's media literacy is concerned, a scenario-based teaching mode, which improves trainees’ relevant abilities through simulative practice, has advantages in participation, pertinence and effectiveness. Whether the scenario-based teaching approach can be effective rests on three key factors, i.e. how well a trainer designs his/her scenarios and roles to play, how active the classroom interaction is and how sensibly the trainer carries out his/her teaching plan.
