With the increasing exchanges between nations worldwide, English has become more and more impor- tant, and hence, spoken English has been attached greater importance. Spoken English has become the emphasis of college English t.eaching. Setting up English morning reading class is helpful for creating English environment for the students. It has been proved to be an efficient way of improving the students' English speaking ability.
