From the formation and development of the legal consciousness, this article explores the internal mechanism of legal socialization. Genetic epistemology as the theoretical basis, elaborated the legal consciousness formation and epistemology of cognitive structure and formation mechanism of consistency, draws the individual experience legal socialization assimilation and to conform equilibrium state of the law, thus we point out the that legal socialization is the formation of host - guest interaction result, provide available ways to promote socialization of law.%从法律意识的形成和发展探讨法律社会化的内在机制。以发生认识论为理论基础,构建了法律意识的形成与发生认识论存在认知同构和形成机制一致性,指出法律社会化是个体经历对法律的同化和顺应达到平衡的一种状态,是主客体相互作用的结果,为促进法律社会化提供可供参考的途径。
