无刷直流电机单电流传感器同步整流制动控制

         

摘要

With single current sensor between the DC power supply and bus capacitance, the miniaturization, low cost and high reliability can be achieved for brushless DC motor controller featured by low voltage and high current. However, it is a challenge that the phase current can ' t be detected directly. In view of efficient recovery of braking energy and precise torque control, the synchronous rectification and braking control for the controller was proposed. The commutation characteristic with synchronous rectification and braking control was analyzed. Then the DC-link bus current based phase current reconstruction method in different conduction intervals was presented. Based on the reconstruction value, the phase current closed-loop control was accomplished. Simulation and experiment results show that the phase current reconstruction with single current sensor is feasible, and the synchronous rectification and braking control is suitable for brushless DC motor.%单电流传感器置于直流电源和母线电容之间,有助于低压大电流无刷直流电机控制器的小型化、低成本及可靠性,但是带来了相电流无法直接检测的问题.为实现高效制动能量回收和转矩精确控制,针对上述结构控制器提出同步整流制动控制策略.分析了无刷直流电机同步整流制动过程的换流特性,给出了不同导通区间基于母线电流的相电流重构方法,进而应用该重构值实现了相电流闭环同步整流控制.仿真和实验结果表明,应用单电流传感器的相电流重构可行,同步整流制动控制适用于无刷直流电机.
