利用Rebrouck建模方法,建立了液压减振器的动力学模型,该模型反映了位移、速度、加速度、频率和温度等因素对减振器阻尼力的影响.使用Levenberg—Marquardt优化算法,利用某型号ATV(all terrain vehicle)右后减振器试验数据对活塞阀特性参数进行了辨识,模型计算值和试验数据吻合良好.将该减振器动力学模型以S-function的形式集成到Carsim^TM的某E-class整车模型中,在扫频路面和双移线工况下研究了减振器动力学模型和速度一阻尼力曲线模型对车辆动力学响应的影响.%This paper details a dynamic shock absorber model using the Rebrouck method,the influence of displacement,velocity,acceleration,frequency,and temperature on damping characteristics is considered.The constituent parameters of an ATV's right-rear shock absorber are obtained using Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm and five group experimental data,and the test data agree well with the calculation.Finally,the dynamic model is incorporated into an E-class full vehicle model(CarsimTM) using S-function.The vehicle's behaviors are compared with the results obtained with the classical shock absorber representations under frequency sweep and double lane change conditions.
