急性镉胁迫对大弹涂鱼血清铁代谢指标的影响

         

摘要

The effects of acute cadmium stress on iron metabolism were investigated in Boleophthalmus pectinirostris.Fish was exposed to different concentration Cd 2+(0.05,0.25,0.5 and 5 mg/L)for 24 h,and the concentration of serum iron,total iron-binding capac-ity and serum ferritin were detected.The results showed that the concentration of serum iron increased at first and then descended(P<0.05),and there had a positive correlation between the variation range of serum iron and Cd 2+concentration.In the four experimen-tal groups,the minimal value of serum iron was all appeared at 6 h after Cd2+exposed,and the value at 24 h was all significantly high-er than 0 h(P<0.05).The total iron binding capacity showed changes of decrease to increase,while the change extent had no signif-icant(P>0.05)in 0.05 mg/L group.At 24 h,total iron binding capacities recovered to or exceed the normal levels(0 h)except 5 mg/L group.In 0.05 and 0.25 mg/L groups,the concentration of serum ferritin had no significant changes during experimental peri -od.In 0.5 and 5 mg/L groups,the concentration of serum ferritin increased significantly after 12h(P<0.05),and the increased ex-tent was positive correlation to Cd 2+concentration.The results could provide reference for investigating the toxicity metabolism of cad-mium to B.pectinirostris through interfering iron metabolism.%研究了不同浓度(0.05、0.25、0.5和5 mg/L)的急性镉胁迫(0~24 h)对大弹涂鱼血清铁含量、总铁结合力、铁蛋白含量等铁代谢指标的影响.结果显示:镉胁迫后大弹涂鱼血清铁浓度均呈先降低后升高的变化(P<0.05),并且镉浓度越高血清铁的变化幅度越大,4个浓度组血清铁的最低值均出现在胁迫后6 h时,24 h时均显著高于胁迫前(P<0.05).总铁结合力在镉胁迫后呈先降后升的变化,但低浓度下变化差异不显著(P>0.05).除最高浓度组外,其他浓度组24 h时的总铁结合力均已回升到或超过胁迫前的水平.浓度较低的2个镉胁迫组中血清铁蛋白浓度均未出现显著变化,而另2个浓度较高的组则在胁迫12 h后显著升高(P<0.05),并且升高幅度与镉浓度和胁迫时间均呈正相关,研究结果可为深入研究镉通过干扰铁代谢对大弹涂鱼产生毒性的机理提供参考资料.
