Global climate change is a growing problem, it also affects the growth and development of medicinal plants largely, and people pay more and more attention to the research of medicinal plants response to climate change.This paper summarized the response of growth of medicinal plants, photosynthesis, effective components etc to climate change phenomenon which can be included elevated CO2 , temperature rises, drought, ozone stress, UV-B radiation and N deposition, and gived suggestions for direction and emphasis of the future research.%全球气候变化问题日益突出，其对药用植物的生长发育也产生了巨大影响，因此，药用植物对气候变化响应的研究越来越受到人们的重视。总结了药用植物生长、光合作用及有效成分积累等对CO2浓度升高、增温、干旱、臭氧胁迫、紫外线辐射增强以及氮沉降等气候变化现象的响应，并对今后的研究方向和研究重点给出建议。
