Research on social vulnerability of natural disasters,is of important significance for regional disas-ter reduction and recovery.By selecting social and economic indicators cover the exposure,sensitivity and recovery ability of natural disasters,this paper made analysis and evaluation on the social vulnerability of natural disasters of Baoji in Shaanxi province through combination weighting method.The results show that:(1)the main influential factors on social vulnerability of natural disasters are regional population,economic density and number of property;(2)It is the regional population structure and social structure that determine the sensitive degree of natural disas-ters;(3)There are obvious spatial difference for social vulnerability of natural disasters,with higher vulnerability areas mainly distributed in municipal districts of Baoji,while lower vulnerability area in Chencang district and Fengxian county.%自然灾害社会脆弱性的研究对于减轻自然灾害的社会经济损失和提高应灾恢复能力具有重要现实意义。选取涵盖自然灾害暴露性、敏感性及恢复能力的社会经济指标，利用组合赋权法对陕西省宝鸡市各县区自然灾害社会脆弱性进行了分析评价。结果表明：区域人口、经济密度及财产数量是影响自然灾害社会脆弱性的主要因素；区域的人口结构及社会结构决定了其对自然灾害的敏感程度；宝鸡市自然灾害社会脆弱性具有明显的空间差异性，脆弱性较高的地区主要分布在市辖区范围的金渭两区，而陈仓区和凤县是自然灾害社会脆弱性较低的地区。
