ZnO基柔性染料敏化太阳能电池的研究

         

摘要

The flexible ZnO-based dye-sensitized solar cells were prepared by chemical bath deposition method. The effect of kind and concentration of precipitants on ZnO iflm microstructure and DSSC photoelectric performance were studied. The phase composition and microstructure of the ZnO iflms were characterized by SEM and XRD, respectively. The photoelectric performance of DSSCs was tested by I-V testing system. The results show: the cell using the ZnO film prepared with 0.3 M HMT and 0. 1M Zn(NO3)2•6H2O exhibited optimal performance under an AM-1.5 illumination. The Voc, Jsc, FF and PCE of the DSSC were 0.60 V, 2.57 mA•cm-2, 0.72 and 1.13%, respectively.%采用化学浴沉积法制备ZnO光阳极薄膜,并将所制备光阳极膜组装成柔性染料敏化太阳能电池。主要研究了沉淀剂的种类和沉淀剂的浓度对所形成的薄膜和电池性能的影响。采用XRD和SEM分别对薄膜的物相组成和显微形貌进行了表征。采用I-V测试系统对电池的光电性能进行测试。研究结果表明:沉积温度为80℃,六次甲基四胺(HMT)的浓度为0.30 M,硝酸锌(Zn(NO3)2·6H2O)浓度为0.1 M时,制备ZnO薄膜光电性能较好,所组装的柔性染料敏化太阳能电池的开路电压为0.60 V,短路电流为2.57 mA·cm-2,填充因子为0.72,效率为1.13%。
