基于PDA的电喷雾雾化性能研究

         

摘要

With the development of science and technology,induction charged spray is applied in more and more engi-neering fields. Some typical and familiar liquid such as water and water-glycerol mixture are selected as the sprayed medium,droplets size and distribution as the main indicators of the performance of spray,the Phase Doppler Anemom-etry (PDA) system is used in studying the effect of induction charge atomizing solution’s viscosity and electrode voltage on the droplet atomization performance. The results show that the greater of electrode voltage,the more droplets distribute in the range of 20~50μm, after loading electrode voltage the droplets size reduce significantly and the distribution is more uniform. And with the increasing of viscosity,particle size increases and distribution uniformity decreases obviously.%随着科技的发展,感应荷电喷雾技术在越来越多的工程领域得到了应用。采用水、甘油及不同体积比的水-甘油混合溶液这些常见常用液体为介质,以雾滴的尺寸和分布状态作为考察喷雾性能的主要指标,通过粒子动态分析仪(Phase Doppler Anemometry,PDA),对比研究了感应荷电方式下雾化溶液的粘度、电极电压对液滴雾化性能的影响。结果表明,在感应荷电过程中电极电压越大,雾滴在20~50μm数量级上分布的雾滴越多,电极上加载电压后雾滴粒径明显减小分布更均匀,并且随着液体粘度的增大,粒径也增大且雾滴分布均匀度明显下降。
