基于ADN2841的高速率空间激光通信调制电路的设计

         

摘要

Space laser communication with transmission capacity, confidentiality, and strong anti-jamming ability, etc., has become a hot topic in the field of communication, but it is extremely difficult that the discrete components are used to achieve high-speed laser modulation driving circuit,so in this paper,modulation circuit of space laser commu-nication is designed by using laser driver chip ADN2811. The high rate of space laser communication modulation meth-od and working principle of ADN2841 are introduced,the main features of ADN2841 and the typical application circuit in the space optical communication high rate modulation are analyzed. The design project of laser communication trans-mission modulation circuit is proposed, which lasers is directly modulated by the 14 foot butterfly package. According to the realization and debugging, the ADN2841 application experiences and the problems which need to be paid atten-tion to are summarized.%空间激光通信具有传输容量大、保密性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,已经成为通信领域的研究热点,然而采用分立元件实现高速激光调制驱动电路极其困难,因此设计了采用激光器驱动芯片ADN2811实现的空间激光通信调制电路。首先介绍了空间激光通信的高速率调制方法和ADN2841的基本工作原理,分析了ADN2841的主要特点及在空间光通信高速率调制中的典型应用电路。提出针对14脚蝶形封装直调激光器的激光通信发射调制电路设计方案,并根据实验及调试,总结了ADN2841应用时的经验和需要注意的问题。
