Chitosan microspheres is a small solid colloidal particle of ultramicro spherical drug carriers, having the characteristics of compatibility, degradability, non-toxic side effects, etc.This article briefly reviews the preparation methods for drug-loaded Chitosan microspheres, including emulsification and cross-linking, ionic gel, coagulation and sedimentation, coalescence by droplets and reverse micelle, and it introduces its application in medicine.%壳聚糖微球是一种超微小球型药物载体的固状胶态粒子，具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、无毒副作用等特点。本文简要评述了载药壳聚糖微球的制备方法，包括乳化—交联、离子凝胶、凝聚—沉淀、乳滴聚结、反相胶束法5种方法及其在医药上的应用。
