Facing complicated social transformation and value conflict, post-90 generation as the main force of contemporary colleges show distinct characteristics of the times.This paper mainly analyzes the status and causes of this group in era characteristics and per-sonality features, and explores new ideas and ways of establishing their traditional values in university ideological and political educa-tion work under the new situation from the perspective of the combination of moral behavior cultivation education and traditional values.%“90后”青年学生作为当代高校的主力军，面对错综复杂的社会变革和价值冲突，呈现出鲜明的时代特点，本文着重分析这一群体在时代特征和个性特点等方面呈现的状态及其成因，从道德行为养成教育与传统价值观构建相结合的角度，探索当代新形势下在高校思想政治教育工作中，如何构建“90后”青年学生传统价值观的新思路和新路径。
