目的：：研究人类白细胞抗原-G(Human Leukocyte Antigen G,HLA-G)在晋东南地区食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中的表达及意义。方法：利用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测66例 ESCC 及25例癌旁组织中 HLA-G 分子的表达。结果：ESCC 中 HLA-G 分子的表达率为62.1%(41/66),明显高出癌旁食管黏膜鳞状上皮表达率32.0%(8/25)(P <0.05)；HLA-G 分子的表达与 ESCC 浸润深度和淋巴结转移关系密切(P <0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度和 ESCC 的 TNM 分期无明显相关性(P >0.05)。结论：HLA-G 分子在 ESCC 中表达升高,且与 ESCC 的浸润和转移密切相关,可能在晋东南地区食管鳞癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。%Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Human Leukocyte Antigen G (HLA-G)gene in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)in the southeast of Shanxi Province.Methods:The expression of HLA-G was examined by immunohistochemical staining in 66 cases of ESCC and 25 cases of carcinoma adjacent normal tissues.Results:The positive rate expression of HLA-G in ESCC was 62.1%(41/66),which was significantly higher than the expression rate of 32.0% (8/25)of carcinoma adjacent normal tissues(P <0.05).The expression of HLA-G was closely related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but was’t significantly correlated with gender,age,tumor size,histologic grade or TNM stage of ESCC(P >0.05 for all).Conclusion:The expression of HLA-G in ESCC was increased,and closely related to the invasion and metastasis of ESCC, which might play an important role in the development of ESCC in the southeast of Shanxi Province.
