At the new time, it is increasingly urgent to build up an education integrity system in the thriving of the higher education.In the social reforming process, with the old social rules been broken and the new ones under the construction and being imperfect, the higher education is faced with the lack of educational integrity due to the improper behaviors of both the individual and the collective.Therefore, construction of education integrity system has been not only one of most important projects in education reform but also the guarantee of growth of the socialist market economy, the harmonious development of society and the fulfillment of Chinese dream. The construction is supposed to start from building up the system foundation of honesty education, bearing the concept of good faith and improving supervision and management. Its implementation will rely on integrated efforts from teachers, schools, government and the whole society .%新时期高等教育蓬勃发展中，面临着教育诚信体系建设的问题。在社会转型的过程中，旧的社会规则被打破，而新的体系尚未建立或者说还很不完善，高等教育无论是个人的还是集体的行为不当都会造成教育诚信缺失。而教育诚信体系建设，不仅是教育改革发展本身所要面临的重要课题，同时也是促进社会主义市场经济体系不断完善、推动社会和谐健康发展、实现中国梦的重要基础和保障。主要从高校教育诚信的制度基础、观念建设以及管理和监督等方面入手，依靠教师、学校、政府以及整个社会的努力来推进高校教育诚信体系建设。
