In order to develop expanded talents in clinical medicine, we conducted organic chemistry teaching reform. Case teaching, icons teaching, cooperative teaching concept map building, co-writing "short papers"are applied to teaching practice. As a result, students' knowledge has been widen and their expanding capacity has been increased. The reforming goals have been achieved.%为培养临床医学“拓展型”人才，进行了医用有机化学教学改革的实践，将多种方法运用到教学实践中，使学生的知识面得到了拓宽，使学生能力得到了提高，实现了教学改革目标。
