The morality construction of teachers is the key to education.The paper,based on the current activity of excellency in performance,analyzes the strength of the activity on the morality construction,discusses the existing problems of teachers＇ morality in universities and puts forwards some suggestions on how to strenthen the teachers＇ morality throughout the activity of excellency in performance.%教师的师德建设是教育工作的重中之重,教师拥有良好的师德修养是任何力量都无法替代的。文章立足于当前正在开展的创先争优活动,分析了在创先争优活动中加强师德建设的有利条件,讨论了高校教师师德方面存在的几个主要问题,并就在创先争优活动中如何进一步加强高校教师师德建设提出几点建议。
