In recent years, the rapid development of local government investment and financing platform in place played an important role in financial support for the local city (town) construction development. On a practical level, the local government investment and financing platform for the generation and development has a very deep root system. As the number of local government financing platform, scale, financing amount and range growing and expanding, the existing problems are gradually exposed. In China' s current economic development situation, for the local government investment and financing platform construction how to survive and develop has caused the economic theoretical circle to have a heated discussion. In this paper, the cause of the rapid development of local government' s investment and financing platform and its risk has been discussed further, and accordingly the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.%近年来，地方政府投融资平台的迅速发展，为地方城市（镇）建设发展起到了重要的资金支持作用。从现实的层面来看，地方政府投融资平台的产生与发展有着很深的制度根源，随着地方政府融资平台数量、规模、融资数额以及涉及范围的不断增加与扩大，其所存在的问题也逐步暴露出来，在中国当前的经济发展形势下，地方政府投融资平台建设如何生存与发展引发了经济理论界的热烈讨论。本文就地方政府投融资平台快速发展原因及其存在的风险等方面进行了进一步的探讨，并据此提出了相应的对策。
