The diversification of student resources of vocational colleges is an inevitable trend for the development of China' s higher vocational education and is posing a challenge to the traditional teaching mode. On the notion that stu- dents - orientation, employment guidance and pattern of difference sequence are up to the national standards, this paper offers reflections on how to set up a teaching mode that will suite the new situation.%高职生源多元化是我国高职教育发展的必然趋势,而生源多元化无疑是对传统的整齐划一的教育教学模式的挑战。本着学生为本就业导向差序格局共达国标之理念,本文就如何建立适合多元化生源的差序格局教育教学模式作了一些思考。
