教学型高校学生评教有效性策略分析

     

摘要

学生评教数据的真实性、标准的科学性、功能的正向性一直备受关注。为提供教育评价制度与机制的实践依据,本文通过对教学型高校学生评教情况的广泛调研,针对评教机制不健全、师生主体地位缺失和评教标准不科学等问题提出如下策略:一是引进"发展型"教学模式,促进学生评教与教育目标的整合;二是还原评教中教师和学生的主体地位;三是加强评教制度建设,建立有效的评教机制。%The authenticity of the data of students' evaluation of teaching, the standard of scientificalness and the pos- itiveness of function have always being concerned. To provide practice basis of education evaluation system and mecha- nism, in allusion to the imperfect mecahnism of evaluation of teaching, the lack of the principal position of teachers and students, and the unscientific standard of the evaluation of teaching, the author has made wide research into studends' e- valuation of teaching in teaching - oriented universities and put forward the strategies such as the integration of students' evaluation and the education targets, the return of the principal position of teachers and students in students' evaluation of teaching, the reinforcement of the system construction of evaluation of teaching and the building of effective mechanism of evaluation of teaching.
