本文立足于科学发展观,从可持续健康发展的角度,提出了新疆生产建设兵团职业教育集团化发展的目标与任务、模式选择与实施运作、发展原则与途径,为进一步推进兵团职业教育改革,营造良好的外部发展环境,探索建立特色鲜明的职教集团提供科学的实践和理论参考。%On the basis of the scientific outlook of development and in view of sustainable development, this paper raised the objectives and tasks, this paper raises the target tasks of the collectivization development of the group' s voca- tional education, the mode selection and the implementation and operation and the development principle and approaches, creates a favorable external environment for development to promote further the group' s vocational education reform in or- der to explore the scientific practice and theoretical reference for the establishment of a vocational education group with characteristics.
