全包覆包芯纱的纺制及工艺研究

         

摘要

The influence of three kinds of spinning methods such as ordinary ring spinning, siro spinning and air-jet vortex spinning on the coating effect of core-spun yarn was investigated by experiments.From the per-spective of yarn spinning process,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment on the filament unwinding tension,twist factor and the coverage ratio between leather yarn and core yarn were carried out to explore the in-fluence of spinning process on the coating effect of core-spun yarn.The results showed that the core-yarn by siro spinning had the best effect,which was obviously better than the ones made from the ordinary ring spinning and the jet vortex spinning.The single factor experiment revealed that the coating effect of core-spun yarn was better when the unwinding tension was 25~35cN,twist factor was 275~300 and the coverage ratio between leather yarn and core yarn was 70/30~80/20.The orthogonal experiment showed that the coating effect of core-spun yarn was the best when yarn unwinding tension was 30cN, cotton /polyester coating ratio was 70/30 and twist factor was 275.%通过实验探究普通环锭纺、赛络纺、喷气涡流纺三种纺纱方法对包芯纱包覆效果的影响,并从细纱纺制工艺角度对长丝退绕张力、捻系数、皮纱 /芯纱包覆比进行单因素实验和正交实验探究细纱工艺对包芯纱包覆效果的影响.结果表明赛络纺纺制出的包芯纱包覆效果最佳,明显优于普通环锭纺和喷气涡流纺纺制出的包芯纱;单因素细纱工艺探讨得出长丝退绕张力在25cN ~35cN,捻系数在275~300,皮纱/芯纱包覆比在70/30~80/20范围内,包芯纱的包覆效果较好.正交实验结果表明包芯纱包覆效果的最佳工艺参数为:长丝退绕张力30cN、棉/涤包覆比为70/30、捻系数275.
