目的：对疝环充填式无张力修补术与Kugel无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效进行对照研究。方法择取2012年7月～2014年7月期间进行手术治疗的134例腹股沟疝患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组67例患者采取疝环填充式无张力修补术治疗；观察组67例患者采取Kugel无张力修补术治疗。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间远远小于对照组，差异有统计学意义。观察组患者并发症的发生率7.46%（5/67）、复发率4.48%（3/67）远远小于对照组的19.40%（13/67）、8.96%（6/67），差异有统计学意义。结论 Kugel无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝具有操作简便、并发症少、复发率小等诸多优点，更适用于临床治疗及推广。%Objective A comparative study of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of the hernia ring filled with tension free repair and Kugel tension free repair of inguinal hernia. Methods 134 cases of inguinal hernia patients from July 2012 to July 2014 for surgical treatment,were randomly assigned to control group and the observation group.The control group(67 cases)treated with hernia ring filling tension-free repair in the treatment;Observation group(67 cases) were adopted Kugel tension free repair. Results The observation group of patients with operation time,length of hospital stay far less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Observation group of patients the incidence of complications were 7.46%(5/67),the recurrence rate 4.48%(3/67), far less than in the control group 19.40%(13/67),8.96%(6/67),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Kugel tension free repair treatment of inguinal hernia with simple operation,less complications,recurrence,small,and many other advantages,more suitable for the clinical treatment and promotion.
