基于信息公理和多粒度语言值的铁路应急预案评估方法研究

         

摘要

Evaluation of railway emergency plans is a key step in railway emergency management .In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods ,propose a method of railway emergency plan evaluation based on information axiom and multi granularity linguistic value .The preference of experts in the evaluation was considered ,using multi granularity linguistic evaluation value .The interval two tuple linguistic information was used to deal with the multi granularity linguistic value ,to avoid any missing information in the process of information conversion .Secondly ,based on the deviation between the value of the group evaluation and its mathematical expectation ,the objective weight of the evaluation index was proposed based on the interval two tuple linguistic information ,to solve the comprehensive weight .Thirdly ,the information calculation method was put forward based on the interval two tuple linguistic information ,to select the optimal emergency plan ac-cording to the optimal principle of the least amount of information of the information axiom .Finally ,the pro-posed method was compared with the VIKOR method and TOPSIS method ,and the results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method .%评估铁路应急预案是铁路应急管理中的关键环节,针对现有预案评估方法的不足,提出基于信息公理和多粒度语言值的铁路应急预案评估方法.考虑专家评估中的偏好,采用多粒度语言评价值,并采用区间二元语义方法对多粒度语言值进行处理,避免信息转换过程中的缺失;利用群体评价值与其数学期望值之间的偏差,提出求解基于区间二元语义的指标客观权重,并求解综合权重;提出基于区间二元语义的信息量计算方法,根据信息公理的信息量最小方案最优原则,评估出最佳应急预案;将该方法与多准则妥协解排序法(VIKOR)和逼近理想解方法(TOPSIS)比较分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
