基于剩余寿命的铁路轨道电路调整型维修方法研究

         

摘要

轨道电路设备的维修通常以故障后维修和定时维修为主,而传统的定时维修存在随着维修次数的增多使得设备的可靠性下降、失效率增大的问题。在定时维修的基础上,通过动态调整维修的时间间隔,延长平均无故障时间并保证设备的可靠运行。本文将此方法应用于ZPW‐2000A轨道电路设备的维修中。以发送器和接收器为例,通过收集历史失效数据,计算其平均剩余寿命并进行可靠性分析,根据剩余寿命进行调整型维修。计算结果表明该方法可行有效,可为延长设备的使用寿命和改进铁路信号设备定时维修策略提供理论依据。%T he maintenances of track circuit equipment mainly include breakdow n maintenance and periodic ma‐intenance .However ,the conventional periodic maintenance may result in some problems such as decreased reli‐ability of the equipment and increased failure rate with the increase of the maintenance frequency .Based on the periodic maintenance ,reliable operation of the equipment can be ensured by dynamic adjustment of the time in‐terval of the maintenance to extend mean time between failures (M TBF) .The method is applied to the equip‐ment maintenance of ZPW‐2000A track circuit .In the case of the transmitter and receiver ,through the collec‐tion of historical failure data to calculate the average residual life of the transmitter and receiver and to perform the reliability analysis ,modulation maintenance is conducted according to the residual life .The results show that the method is feasible and effective and provides a reference for extending the life of equipment and impro‐ving the periodic maintenance strategy of the railway signal equipment .
