高速列车牵引性能优化分析

         

摘要

为提高高速列车的牵引性能,在分析京津城际客运铁路上运行的CRH3型列车牵引性能的基础上,在牵引阻力不变的工况下,提出增加额定电压和增加额定电流两种功率提升方案。从转矩裕量、逆变器容量和电机损耗三个方面对两种方案进行对比分析,确定增加额定电流为首选方案。在该方案的基础上,进一步分析如何选择合理的附加恒转矩工作区,使系统不仅满足功率提升以及列车速度在0~200 km/h范围内平均加速度的设定需求,同时实现附加损耗最小化。优化结果验证了方案的正确性。%This paper analyzed the traction performance of the CRH3-type high-speed trains used for intercity passenger traffic between Beijing and Tianjin in China.On this basis,two alternatives of lifting power and im-proving traction performance by boosting either the rated voltage or the rated current were proposed under the condition of unchanging traction resistances.Further comparison was made between the two alternatives in re-spect of torque allowances,inverter capacity and motor losses and the alternatives of boosting the rated current was determined as the first choice.Further analysis was made on how to select the rational range of speeds where the extra constant torque zone was to be added so that the requirements of power lift and average acceler-ation setting for the 0~200 km/h speed range were satisfied and the extra losses were able to be minimized. The optimization results verify the correctness of the proposed alternative.
