高速铁路接触线静态气动力参数仿真计算研究与风洞试验

         

摘要

The static aerodynamic parameters of high-speed railway contact lines include the drag coefficient,lift coefficient and torque coefficient and they are the important parameters to analyze the phenomena of vibrations, dancing movements,etc of the contact lines in the air.In this paper,the computational fluid dynamics (CCFD) model of high-speed railway contact lines was established and the flow field around the contact wires was simu-lated with the large-eddy simulation method.The aerodynamic coefficients of the contact lines were calculated, the dominant frequency of vortex shedding was analyzed by spectrum analysis of the lift coefficient.The flow a-round the lines demonstrated obvious three dimensional characteristics of airflow interaction in the three dimen-sional space.Beside numerical simulation,wind tunnel tests of three coefficients of contact lines were carried out.The simulation results and wind tunnel test data were compared to verify the effectiveness of the simula-tion model and experimental data and to lay foundation for further simulation and engineering researches.%高铁接触线的静态气动力参数包括阻力系数、升力系数和转矩系数,是分析接触线在空气作用下振动、舞动等现象的重要参数。本文建立了高铁接触线的计算流体动力学模型,利用大涡模拟方法对接触线绕流流场进行数值模拟,计算接触线三分力系数,对升力系数进行频谱分析,分析漩涡脱落的主导频率。观察发现:接触线绕流呈现明显的三维特性,表现在接触线周围气流在三维空间上相互影响。同时,通过接触线三分力系数的风洞试验,将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比验证,分析仿真模型与试验数据的有效性,为进一步的仿真和工程研究奠下基础。
