专利技术的关联网络分析一以4G通信技术领域为例

         

摘要

By constructing the analysis framework of patents technology associated network,this paper aims to achieve technical strength assessment and patent portfolio clustering,Taking the patents of fourth generation mobile communication ( 4G) as data source,the authors combined the methodology of Multi-Variate Statistical Analysis ( MSA) and Social Network Analysis ( SNA),achieving technical strength assessment and patent portfolio clustering. IPC co-occurrence network showed some critical technologies,and then three factors were concluded by factor analysis. Then factor scores and principal component score of different companies were calculated. Moreover,clustering analysis according to vector cosine similarity. This reveals the significant differences in the priority of R&D. And the squared Euclidean distance clustering analysis result indicated the differences in both technological strength and portfolio,which was consistent with core­ periphery block model analysis result. The research shows that technology associated network analysis can clearly refect the development status and distribution of 4G technology.%通过构建专利技术关联网络分析框架,进行技术实力评估和技术布局聚类分析。结合社会网络分析和多元统计分析方法,以4G通信技术领域为例,利用专利分类号的共现网络进行中心度分析,识别出相关领域关键技术,进一步采用多元统计的主成分分析,计算出各企业的因子及核心综合技术得分。并利用向量余弦相似度和平方欧氏距离两种相似度标准对企业进行聚类。发现前者反映了企业在技术研发重点上的差异,后者兼顾了企业技术实力和布局差异,与企业—专利隶属网络的核心—边缘层分析结果较为一致。专利关联网络分析能较好反映4G技术的发展现状及分布情况。
