基于个人知识管理所构成的知识社交网络,对跨学科创新合作人员的知识推送问题进行了研究.模型由三层共五种不同的网络构成,它为知识推送提供了知识来源.在此基础上,结合跨学科合作对知识互补性、相似性、相关性及权威性的需求特征,提出了一种面向跨学科创新合作人员的知识推送计算方法.%Based on the analysis of personal knowledge management, knowledge social networks was built, then disscussed the knowledge pushing method oriented on the interdisciplinary innovation collaboraters. The model was composed by three layers of five different networks, which provide a source of knowledge for the knowledge push. Based on these networks, it combines the required character of knowledge complementarity, similarity, relevance and authority of inter- disciplinary collaboration, a calculate method of knowledge push oriented on the interdiscipli - nary innovation collaborater was proposed.
