面向影子分析的社交媒体竞争情报搜集

         

摘要

Shadowing analysis is a kind of competitive intelligence analysis method which is highly useful, timely and future-oriented. Yet it has got weakness in both accuracy and resource-efficiency for the lack of instant information sources and the insufficiency of methods to analyze instant data. Social media, such as Twitter and Digg, become more and more popular and can be regarded as good sources of instant information. As most of them have got open API, a lot of third-party network services based on them have been developed and they make the process of intelligence gathering and analysis more efficiently. By providing several practical cases, this paper demonstrated shadowing analysis can be more objective and resource-efficient and its value can be promoted through the utilization of social media based intelligence gathering.%作为竞争情报分析手段之一,影子分析方法具有较高的实用性、时效性和未来导向性,但也存在着准确性差、资源有效性不足等明显缺点.造成这些不足的主要原因是传统情报来源即时性的缺失和即时信息分析手段的匮乏.不断发展的社交媒体,如Twitter、Digg等可以成为竞争情报优质的即时数据来源.社交媒体的开放性衍生出丰富的网络应用,可以使情报搜集工作及以其为基础的分析工作更高效、即时性更强.通过实例,本文证明了利用社交媒体及相关网络应用进行情报的搜集,可以有效改善情报分析工作的资源有效性和准确性,从而提升影子分析方法的应用价值.
