ZA合金模具TIG焊剂的研制及作用机理

         

摘要

A special TIG flux for welding rmould made of ZA alloy is experimentally developed. The flux has advantages of appropriate melting point, good fluidness and good conductivity. The experiments on the weldability of flux and inspection of performance of welded joint show that the TIG flux can improve the weldability of mould made of ZA alloy and enhance the mechanical properties of joint. The appropriate weld component can be obtained by using TIG flux. The flux can meet the needs of the welding mould made of ZA alloy.%利用试验方法,研制出了一种ZA合金模具TIG焊接专用焊剂。这种焊剂具有合适的熔点、良好的流动性及导电性。焊接性试验及焊接接头的性能检测表明,该焊剂能改善ZA合金模具的焊接性能,提高焊接接头的机械性能,获得适宜的焊缝成分,因此完全能够满足焊接ZA合金模具的要求。
