固溶时间对镍基单晶高温合金中Re,Ru元素分布和微观形貌的影响

         

摘要

本文利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱仪,研究了固溶时间对镍基单晶高温合金中Re, Ru元素分布以及合金微观形貌的影响。结果表明,固溶时间为1 h时,Re,Ru均存在明显的枝晶偏析,固溶时间延长至20 h时,Re的枝晶偏析行为得到很大改善,Ru的分布基本趋于均匀。与Re相比,Ru的扩散速率相对较快。与固溶时间为1 h时的形貌相比,固溶20 h后合金中γ′相形貌更规则,立方度更好。%The effect of solution treatment time on the distribution of Re, Ru and the microstructure of nickel-based single crystal superalloys were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the composition distribution of Re and Ru is in a state of apparent dendritic segregation with 1 hour’ s solution treatment time, while when the solution treatment time is extended to 20 hours, the dendritic segregation of Re is greatly improved, and the distribution of Ru is almost uniform. This indicates that the diffusion rate of Ru is faster than that of Re. Compared with the microstructure with 1 hour’ s solution treatment time, the morphology of γ′phase is more regular with 20 hours’ solution treatment time.
